Typing latin characters and symbols in Mac

Posted by on May 2, 2011

I currently use both languages English and Finnish. in Windows I found that using English layout keyboard, allowed me to handle all accented latin characters, setting the International English language. Now in Mac, I can’t find the way to write those characters the simple way I did in Windows. I have to use different key combination as many keys are missing in MAC keyboards. Here is a way to write down those accented chartacters and symbols without buying another keyboard.
